1.3 Your membership account is for personal use only. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and all activities under your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings must be made through the website and follow the booking process.
2.2 Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation notification. All bookings must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.
2.3 If you need to modify or cancel a booking for any reason, please refer to our cancellation policy (see Clause 6).
3. Terms of Use
3.1 The facilities and equipment provided by the company are intended for general wellness and are not medical devices or services.
3.2 You agree to comply with all usage guidelines and safety rules, and exercise caution when using the facilities. If your actions result in damage to the equipment or other losses, you will be held responsible for the associated costs.
3.3 If you have any health concerns or conditions, please consult a licensed medical professional before using the equipment. Our staff are not licensed medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice.
3.4 By using the facilities or services, you acknowledge that you have signed or will sign a waiver form. The waiver form provides additional terms and details regarding the assumption of risks, limitations of liability, and other important information. Please refer to the waiver for further clarification.
4. Membership Terms
4.1 Upon becoming a member, you are entitled to enjoy exclusive benefits or services provided by the company.
4.2 Membership rights and privileges are non-transferable and must not be shared with others.
4.3 If a member shares their membership or associated privileges with others without authorization, the company reserves the right to claim damages and impose a penalty of HK$5,000 on the member.
4.4 The company reserves the right to modify or cancel membership at any time, especially in cases where the member violates these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 You agree to assume all risks associated with using the services and facilities provided by the company.
5.2 The company is not liable for any accidents, losses, or damages arising from the use of its facilities or services, including but not limited to physical discomfort or equipment malfunction, unless otherwise required by law.
5.3 The company does not guarantee that the equipment or services will meet your specific needs. If you are unsure, please seek professional advice before use.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 If you need to cancel or modify a booking, please notify us at least 6 hours before the scheduled booking time. Late cancellations will not be eligible for refunds or modifications.
6.2 If the company is unable to provide services due to its own reasons, we will issue a full refund or arrange a compensation plan.
7. Personal Data Protection
7.1 The company will handle and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
7.2 The company handles and protects all personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. Your personal data will be collected, used, and stored solely for purposes related to bookings, membership management, and service delivery, or as otherwise required by law. 8. Amendments to Terms
8.1 The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be published on the website and take immediate effect.
8.2 You should regularly review the latest version of the terms. Continuing to use the services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. English Version Precedence
These terms and conditions are available in both English and Chinese. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiations fail, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
