Service Procedure
Our self-service pain relief program consists of three main steps: 1. Make an appointment 2. Prepare for the self-service treatment 3. Complete the procedure
1. Reservation

First, purchase a plan online. After the purchase is successful, go to "Book Now" on the website to book a time that suits you.

Then you will receive an email from us at the email address you registered, providing the password for the self-service room.

You can enter the room and start treatment through the password.
2. Prepare a self-service program

The selection of machines includes magnetic therapy machine, pulsed electromagnetic field machine, ultrasound machine and hot compress machine.

Then turn on the power, clean the head (metal part) slightly with the disinfectant wipes we provide, and start the treatment according to the video (first-time users are advised to watch the video on our iPad first)

The machine will recommend treatment duration and frequency based on different parts of the body. Customers can freely adjust the intensity according to their personal physique and feeling.

3. Complete the steps

The machine will sound a reminder after each part of the pain relief service is completed.

Please put the machine head back to its original position after use

The ultrasound handpiece needs to be cleaned with the disinfectant paper towel we provide; the electrotherapy device requires a sponge for contact, so please put the sponge in the disinfection tray

Leave the room and close the door, making sure it locks automatically.
